Katz: Military Operations Against Iran Ongoing as US Forms New Task Force
Israeli Defense Minister stated that operations against Iran are not yet complete, while the US announced a new mission to block supply routes to Tehran.
Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz confirmed that military operations against Iran have not concluded, citing ongoing security threats.
Katz accused Tehran of attempting to resume its nuclear program, describing the move as a direct threat to Israeli security.
Meanwhile, the US Central Command announced the formation of a new task force aimed at preventing the delivery of weapons and prohibited materials to Iran via land routes and the Caspian Sea.
In response, Iranian Revolutionary Guard spokesperson Hossein Mohebbi dismissed the US action as a failed attempt to impact the Iranian economy.
Mohebbi emphasized that Tehran has made all necessary preparations to counter and neutralize this blockade.
These developments occur amidst persistent regional tensions that have escalated since the outbreak of the war last February.
